What are the system requirements?
EasyPlanner runs on Windows XP or higher with the .NET Framework (version 3.5) installed.

When I load my personal information in EasyPlanner who will be able to see it?
EasyPlanner is a very lightweight application that resides on your hard drive, so the information is completely private and only visible on your computer.

Is this a subscription based service where I’ll have to pay every month to have access to my parenting plan?
No. There is a onetime fee of $24.95 to use the program after your free evaluation period has expired. That fee includes unlimited updates and access to our Helpdesk.

I’m not very good with computers… will I be able to use EasyPlanner?
Yes. EasyPlanner includes easy to follow instructions that explain the steps you will take and a pop-up tip feature to help you get the most out of the application.

Is the information I get from the EasyPlanner diagnostics admissible as evidence in court?
EasyPlanner Calendar is not a legal document. While the data that this program creates can be the basis for a reconsideration you should always double check your facts and consult a Family Law professional if you believe you have grounds for a request for an adjustment of custody or child support. The information that comes out of EasyPlanner is only as good as the information that you put in.

How many consecutive years can I view my plan for?
The application’s calendaring mechanism runs forever.

Can I include grandparents or other family members on the calendar?
Yes. You can create as many different entries as needed to accurately reflect who will have planned residential time with your children.

It looks like most of the existing calendar events in EasyPlanner are from the American and Christian calendars. Can I see the Holidays for my religion?
You can easily create calendar events to match any needs that you have, or delete the pre-defined events that have no relevance to you.
